Spa facilities including a hot tub and a steam bath are available free of charge during summer and at an additional cost during winter season. The ski bus stops 50 metres from the property. Zermatt Cable Car can be reached within 750 metres.
Zermatt Train Station is 1 km away. Transfers from and to the train station are offered against a fee.

Also note that Zermatt is a car-free resort. Guests can drive as far as Täsch and continue by train.
Please note that breakfast is not included in the rate from 1 December until 1 May. During this time guests have also no access to the spa facilities.
